Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Playtester, you accept these terms of use in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Playtester is a community beta testing platform that connects Android app developers with real testers to meet Google Play's Closed Testing requirement. The service includes tester management, activity tracking, and reward processing.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must provide truthful and up-to-date information. Playtester reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Generating fake reviews or manipulating ratings
• Using bots or fake accounts for testing
• Logging activity without actually using the app
• Creating multiple accounts to evade suspensions
• Any action that violates Google Play policies

5. Payments and Rewards

Payments are processed through PayPal. Internal credits are not money until withdrawn. Withdrawals have a minimum of $0.45 USD. Playtester charges a 10% commission on Reward Mode rewards.

6. Suspensions and Expulsions

Testers who do not log activity for more than 3 consecutive days will be automatically expelled from the assignment. Three expulsions result in permanent account suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

Playtester does not guarantee the approval of your app on Google Play. The service facilitates compliance with the Closed Testing requirement, but the final decision is Google's. Playtester is not responsible for losses resulting from the use of the platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified by email and will take effect 30 days after notification.
