The complete process to meet Google Play's Closed Testing requirement

For Developers

Register your app

Create an account and submit your app details and closed-test link. Choose Basic Managed for US$15, Guaranteed for US$30, or free cross-testing.

Pay or commit

For managed plans, pay once through PayPal to open your private order chat. In free mode, exchange tests with other developers.

Set up tester access

For managed plans, we send the tester emails through chat. Add them to your closed test, enable the required countries, and tell us when Google approves the changes.

14 days of testing

Testing begins once access is available and testers opt in. Keep the closed test active and follow your order updates.

Testing completed

Once Play Console confirms that you meet the requirements, you can apply for production access. Google makes the final approval decision.
